I habe exactly teh same problem
The old white one worked fine
The new black one does exactly as you have described

I get this same error. But not when updating, only when trying to download files that are 2gb or larger from the PSN. It’s getting annoying.

hello .. i have the same problem .. and realiy it make me crazy .. when i went to update the last version .. first it give me an error for 3 days .. then thy solve the problem in sony company but an error the same error you have now it`s happen to me !

i`m do all what u say >> but the same problem happen again !
